Growth and development
At RGE we’re committed to developing our people to ensure they have the skills to thrive in the bioeconomy. We’ve built our own in-house Learning Institutes in China, Brazil and Indonesia, training thousands of people in everything from sustainable forestry practices to project management.
And we partner with world class business schools such as INSEAD, Harvard and Kellogg in our Executive and Future Leaders Programmes to offer accelerated career development, provide global exposure, and support our commitment to promoting from within.
We’ve doubled the size of our business in the past five years and are on track to double it again by the end of the decade, providing exciting growth opportunities in new and existing industries around the world.
