On 9 September 2009, RGM is renamed RGE, which stands for ‘Royal Golden Eagle’. It reflects the globalisation and diverse industries of its business groups—spanning pulp and paper, specialty cellulose, palm oil industry and energy resources development.

RAPP is FSC-certified

SmartWood, the certification body of the Rainforest Alliance, certifies RAPP’s Forestry Division in the Forest Stewardship Council’s (FSC) Controlled Wood/Forest Management Standard. SmartWood also certifies RAPP and its paper mill in the Forest Stewardship Council’s (FSC) Chain of Custody and Controlled Wood Standards.

SSYMB is the biggest integrated pulp and paperboard mill in Rizhao, Shandong, China. It is renamed as APRIL Group SSYMB.
